This EVA underlay has a closed cell foam system which has great soundproofing effects, meaning this is the prefect underlay for those rooms where you want to keep noise to a minimum and is also particularly popular in flats and apartments. Its exceptional thermal insulation properties also make it ideal for underfloor heating systems and keep your home well insulated, from the ground-up. The gold foil-backing sheet also acts as a damp proof membrane (DPM), stopping moisture coming through.

This underlay is highly recommended for use in both downstairs and upstairs areas, and is fully compatible with any subfloor material.
