Under the face is a cross-bonded multi-ply core, which is what lets an engineered plank cope with central heating better than a solid board of the same size. Each pack holds 2.904 m² of 220mm wide planks, 2200mm in length. All four edges carry a 4V bevel, adding definition and a board-by-board look.
