It is a relaxed, versatile floor for family living rooms, bedrooms and kitchen-diners, and a good choice if you want real oak without a long installation.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eConstruction and specification\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe board is 14mm thick overall, and the top 3mm is real oak. The core is multi-ply, with layers running in opposite directions so the board stays flat through the seasons. Boards are 1900mm long and 190mm wide, with 2.888 m² in every pack. A small bevel on all four edges (4V) outlines every board, so the planks read individually and minor height differences are hidden. The oil finish is easy to refresh: scuffed areas can be cleaned and re-oiled without sanding the whole room.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eWhere it works\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eUse it through the main rooms of the house: living room, dining room, hallway and bedrooms, plus kitchens and conservatories.
