It suits both contemporary and traditional interiors, and sits well with off-white walls, natural fabrics and rattan or oak furniture.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eConstruction and specification\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is a 14\/3mm engineered board: 14mm from face to underside, of which the upper 3mm is real oak. The core is multi-ply, with layers running in opposite directions so the board stays flat through the seasons. The oil finish is easy to refresh: scuffed areas can be cleaned and re-oiled without sanding the whole room. Planks measure 190mm wide by 1900mm long, and each pack covers 2.166 m². It is a versatile width that sits comfortably in both small and large rooms. The long edges are bevelled (2V), so you see the long lines of the boards while the ends butt up tight.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eWhere it works\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt is at home in hallways, living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms, and works in kitchens and conservatories with a little care.
