During your visit, our flooring expert will inspect your space, take precise measurements, confirm that your chosen flooring is suitable for your home, and answer any final questions you may have before preparing your personalised quotation.

Yes. After inspecting your space and discussing your requirements, we’ll prepare a personalised quotation based on the flooring you’ve selected and the measurements taken during the visit. We aim to send your quotation on the same day or, where possible, by the next working day.

Once your consultation is complete, we’ll provide your tailored quotation and guide you through the next steps. If you need more time to decide, we can also arrange for samples to be left with you or ordered so you can compare them in your home before making a final decision.
