Yes. Warranty registration is required to activate your voluntary extended warranty.
How long do I have to register my warranty?
You must complete your warranty registration within 21 days of purchase.

You can register your warranty on your Account page. To complete your registration, you will need your proof of purchase, order details, contact details, installation address, and product details.
Who can claim under the warranty?
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser named on the original order and is non-transferable.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranties cover manufacturing defects in the flooring product itself only, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and registration requirements of the relevant product warranty.
Does the warranty cover fitting, labour, or installation costs?
No. The warranty applies to the flooring product only and does not cover fitting, labour, uplift, disposal, subfloor preparation, underlay, trims, accessories, or other associated costs.
How do I make a warranty claim?
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please complete our Warranty Claim Form and provide your proof of purchase, photographs, and details of the issue. Please do not carry out any remedial work before we have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product and installation.

Does this warranty affect my statutory rights?
