Yes. In your basket, you'll be able to select your preferred delivery date. Available dates are typically from 3 working days after placing your order.

Once your order has been placed, we'll confirm your delivery date by email. Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can keep you updated on your order.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability. While we do our best to deliver on your selected date, there may be occasions when this isn't possible.

If there are any delays or changes to your delivery date, we'll contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed.

All flooring orders are delivered kerbside at the delivery address.

Our delivery drivers are not permitted to move products into properties, garages, gardens, driveways or other locations unless agreed in writing beforehand.

As flooring products can be heavy, we recommend arranging assistance to move the goods inside your property or to your preferred storage location.

Yes. Call us on 0121 274 8575 before you place your order and we'll arrange collection from our Halesowen showroom.

Once your flooring is ready for collection, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time. Please wait until you have been contacted before travelling to collect your order, as all orders are subject to stock availability and preparation times.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Order by 2pm – most orders are available for delivery from 3 working days after placing your order, and you can choose your preferred date in your basket. Timescales: England and Wales 2–3 business days, Scotland 3–4 business days.

All deliveries must be signed for by you or a person nominated by you. The person accepting the delivery must be over the age of 18.

Before signing for your delivery, please inspect the goods for any visible damage or shortages. Any issues should be clearly noted with the driver at the time of delivery and reported to our team as soon as possible.

Once the delivery has been accepted and signed for, it may be more difficult to investigate claims relating to visible damage or missing items.

Deliveries may be made using a van, rigid lorry or articulated lorry, depending on the size of your order.

If your property has any access restrictions, such as narrow roads, gated entrances, height restrictions or limited parking, please let us know before delivery.

You can provide access information by contacting our team directly or by adding a note during checkout. Any details you can provide will help us make the necessary arrangements and ensure your delivery runs as smoothly as possible.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the goods will be returned to us. You can then either collect your order from our Halesowen showroom or arrange a new delivery date. Please note that re-delivery will incur an additional charge of £45.

If you would like us to leave your order with a neighbour, this must be arranged in advance by contacting our team or by leaving a note during checkout.

Due to the size, weight and value of flooring products, we are unable to leave orders unattended outside your property, including in porches, driveways or other outdoor areas. All deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or over.

At Flooring Surgeons, we take great pride in supplying high-quality flooring products. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

When your delivery arrives, please inspect the goods carefully before signing. If you notice any visible damage or missing items, make sure these are noted with the delivery driver at the time of delivery. Providing photographs of the issue can help us resolve the matter more quickly.

If you discover a fault or issue after delivery, please contact us in the same way. Our team will investigate the matter and work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note that we cannot accept claims for products that have been altered, incorrectly installed, misused, or used in a manner that is contrary to our guidance or the manufacturer's recommendations.

Yes. Samples are always delivered free of charge, and they don't count towards the £500 free delivery threshold. 3 free samples; extra samples 99p, up to 12 per order.

Yes, we deliver across mainland England and Wales, with selected areas in Scotland also available for delivery at an additional charge. We can't currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight. If you're not sure we can reach you, contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to advise on delivery times and charges.
