  • a trade card
  • a recent trade invoice
  • your company certificate

Once you're approved, trade status goes on the customer account with the email you apply with.

Who can apply for a trade account?

Flooring fitters, builders and contractors, interior designers and architects, developers, landlords and other businesses that buy flooring for clients or properties.

How many free samples do trade accounts get?

15 free samples a month, up to 12 per order, delivered free. Extra samples are 99p each.

How long does approval take?

We aim to reply within one working day. If you need samples sooner, call us on 0121 274 8575.

Can I send samples to a client's address?

Yes. Enter your client's address as the delivery address at checkout.
