Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering & Samples

Can I order flooring samples before purchasing?

Yes, you can order samples to see the colour, texture, and finish in your home before placing a full order – 3 free samples, extra samples 99p. For full details, please visit our Order Sample page.

How much flooring should I order?

We recommend ordering an extra 5–10% to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For more complex room layouts, additional wastage may be required. Our measuring guide explains how to work it out.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to change or cancel it – please contact us as soon as possible. See our Returns & Cancellations page.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are available for delivery from 3 working days after placing your order. You’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery date in your basket, depending on stock availability.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, we deliver across mainland England and Wales, with selected areas in Scotland also available for delivery at an additional charge. For full details, please visit our Delivery page.

What happens if my flooring arrives damaged?

If anything is damaged or missing, tell the driver straight away so they can note it before you sign. Then contact us, with photos if possible. If you notice a problem after delivery, get in touch and we'll sort it quickly with a replacement or refund where needed.

Installation

Can I install the flooring myself?

Many of our floors are suitable for DIY fitting if you're confident and have the right tools. For the best finish, we always recommend a professional fitter.

Do you offer a fitting service?

Yes – we supply and fit in the West Midlands only. Our fitters can help with everything from preparation to installation. See our Expert Fitting page.

Product & Care

How do I clean and maintain my flooring?

Sweep or vacuum regularly and mop occasionally with a damp (not wet) mop. Avoid excess water, harsh chemicals and steam mops unless they're recommended for your floor.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos online?

We show colours as accurately as we can, but screens, room lighting and natural variation all make a difference. We always recommend ordering a sample first.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Unopened packs in their original condition can be returned within 30 days, subject to approval. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange it. See our Returns & Cancellations page.

Does my flooring come with a warranty?

Our floors come with a product warranty against manufacturing defects. How long it lasts and what it covers depends on the product – see our warranty page.
