Cordoba Oak Herringbone Glue Down LVT

Cordoba Oak Herringbone brings rich brown tones, touched with grey, to a small-block parquet pattern. It is made from 2.5mm waterproof vinyl that is glued down, and it is suitable for underfloor heating.

Look and character

The colour mixes brown with cooler grey notes, which takes the edge off any orange and gives a rounded, mid-toned finish. In a herringbone layout the blocks alternate direction, so the grain print picks up the light differently across the floor and adds depth. That makes it a good choice for a hallway or dining room where you want pattern and warmth together. The embossed surface keeps the look natural up close.

Construction and specification

Each block measures 95 x 380mm; the small size creates a tight, traditional pattern. One pack covers 2.6 m². At 2.5mm thick, the floor adds very little height, which helps where door clearances or the level of the next room matter. A 0.55mm clear wear layer shields the design underneath from everyday traffic. Its domestic and commercial rating means it is built for more than light use.

Where it works

Good places for it include hallways, kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms, as well as bedrooms, bathrooms and conservatories. A herringbone floor gives a dining room or reception room a sense of occasion. As a waterproof floor, it handles spills, wet boots and bathroom splashes that a wood floor would not like. Fitting and underfloor heating

Every block is glued to the subfloor, which gives a firm, stable floor that stays put. Good preparation matters: a flat, clean, dry subfloor gives the best result, as the thin vinyl follows whatever is underneath. Allow about 10% extra for cuts and waste, as the herringbone needs careful set-out and edge cuts. This floor is suitable for underfloor heating.
