Description

Cottage Brown Oak brings a warm, homely brown to the edge of the room. This 18mm MDF scotia comes in 2.4m lengths and neatly covers the expansion gap between your new floor and the skirting.

Colour match

The name points to a traditional, country feel, so it is a good partner for warm brown floors in cottages, older houses and rooms with a relaxed, lived-in style. Think honeyed to mid-brown oak with some character. If your floor has a golden or amber cast rather than a grey one, this is a sensible shade to compare first.

Use and fixing

Suitable for engineered wood, laminate and solid wood floors. The usual method is to nail the bead to the skirting, backed up with small dabs of Gripfill or a similar adhesive. See the rest of our scotia beading colours, or browse engineered wood flooring to plan the floor and trim together.

Premium Flooring Warranty

Buy with confidence. Every floor we supply is backed by a product warranty for added peace of mind. Depending on the product, you’ll receive cover against qualifying manufacturing defects for up to 35 years.

  • Up to 35 Years’ Warranty
  • Protection Against Manufacturing Defects
  • Clear & Transparent Warranty Terms
