Description

Dark Beige Oak is a sandy, deeper beige shade in our MDF scotia range. Each length is 2.4m long and 18mm thick, made to finish the edge of a floor and cover its expansion gap.

Floors it suits

Choose it for beige and natural oak floors that sit on the fuller side of neutral, where a pale beige bead would look washed out. It pairs well with oak-effect laminate and engineered boards in soft sandy, biscuit or light brown tones, and with cream or stone-coloured skirting.

What it does and how it goes on

Laminate, engineered wood and solid wood floors all need a gap at the walls so the boards can expand and contract. Scotia sits over that gap. We recommend nailing it into the skirting with a little Gripfill-type adhesive behind it for a strong bond. Compare shades in the scotia beading collection or browse all accessories.

Premium Flooring Warranty

Buy with confidence. Every floor we supply is backed by a product warranty for added peace of mind. Depending on the product, you’ll receive cover against qualifying manufacturing defects for up to 35 years.
