Arctic Marble Tile Effect Glue Down LVT

Arctic Marble is a white marble-effect tile in glue-down LVT. It gives the clean, bright look of marble with a vinyl surface that is waterproof and warmer underfoot than stone.

Look and character

The white base gives a light, fresh finish, suited to bathrooms, kitchens and hallways where you want a crisp, clean look. A pale marble effect bounces light around a room, which helps small bathrooms and cloakrooms feel larger. It pairs well with chrome, brass or matt black fittings, white sanitaryware and grey or green tiles on the walls.

Construction and specification

Each tile is 305mm by 609.6mm, a classic large rectangular tile proportion. A 2.5mm build keeps the finished floor low, so it rarely means trimming doors or raising thresholds. On top sits a 0.55mm wear layer, the clear protective surface that takes the scuffs of shoes, chair legs and daily cleaning and protects the printed design below. The durability rating covers both domestic and commercial settings. One pack covers 2.97 m².

Where it works

It suits living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and hallways, and it can continue into the kitchen, bathroom and conservatory. As a waterproof floor, it handles spills, wet boots and bathroom splashes that a wood floor would not like. In a bathroom or kitchen it gives the look of stone tiles without the cold, hard surface. Fitting and underfloor heating

Every tile is glued to the subfloor, which gives a firm, stable floor that stays put. Add about 10% to your room size for cuts and waste. Good preparation matters: a flat, clean, dry subfloor gives the best result, as the thin vinyl follows whatever is underneath. It is suitable for underfloor heating.
