Graphite Tile Effect Glue Down LVT

Graphite is a mid-toned stone-effect tile in glue-down LVT, for a practical waterproof floor with the look of stone.

Look and character

Despite the name, its colour is listed as beige with a medium tone, so expect a mid stone shade rather than a very dark charcoal. Check the photos and order a sample to be sure it is the shade you want. Mid tones are forgiving in kitchens and hallways, disguising crumbs and footprints better than very pale or very dark tiles. The large rectangular format keeps the look clean.

Construction and specification

The overall thickness is 2.5mm. Glue-down vinyl stays close to the subfloor, so it sits neatly against neighbouring floors and under doors. The 0.55mm wear layer is the working surface of the floor: the part that meets feet, furniture and the mop. The durability rating covers both domestic and commercial settings. Tiles measure 305 x 609.6mm, a rectangular format that gives a modern look with fewer joins than small tiles. One pack covers 2.97 m².

Where it works

Tile-effect vinyl is a practical alternative to ceramic in kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms, and it feels warmer and softer underfoot. You can use it through most of the house: living and dining rooms, bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms and conservatories. Being waterproof, it copes with the splashes of a family bathroom and the spills of a busy kitchen. Compare other colours in our tile-effect glue-down LVT collection.

Fitting and underfloor heating

Installation is glue down only, with the tiles stuck directly to a prepared subfloor. Most fitters prepare the floor with a smoothing compound first, because glue-down vinyl follows the surface it is stuck to. Add about 10% to your room size for cuts and waste. It is suitable for underfloor heating.
