Broadway Oak Herringbone Click LVT

Broadway Oak is a classic mid-brown herringbone in the slimmer 5mm Hydro Pro build. Its 126mm by 610mm click vinyl blocks give the traditional look of a parquet floor, with a waterproof surface that is happy in kitchens and bathrooms as well as living rooms.

Look and character

The colour is a balanced medium brown, neither pale nor dark, so it sits comfortably with both traditional and modern furniture. That middle tone also hides everyday dust and crumbs better than very light or very dark floors. The printed grain gives natural-looking variation from block to block, and the textured and embossed surface adds a wood-like feel underfoot. With a 4V bevel on each block, the herringbone lines read clearly, giving a hallway or dining room a smart, classic finish.

Construction and specification

The numbers behind Broadway Oak: 5mm total thickness, a 0.3mm wear layer, and blocks of 126mm by 610mm. That wear layer is the tough transparent top coat protecting the print, and it is what keeps the colour looking fresh under heavy foot traffic. Under it sits a waterproof vinyl core, so a spilled drink or a splash from the bath won't make the boards swell the way wood or laminate can. Each pack covers 3.074 m², and the floor is rated for both domestic and commercial use.

Where it works

Use Broadway Oak in hallways, living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms, and carry it on into the kitchen, bathroom or conservatory without worrying about spills or splashes. It suits stairs too; add stair nosing for a neat, safe edge on every tread. If you are still weighing up colours, browse all our herringbone click LVT floors.

Fitting and underfloor heating

Installation is by click fitting, over a subfloor that is flat, clean and dry. With herringbone, the layout starts from a guide line down the room, so it is worth planning where the pattern will fall before you begin. It can be laid over underfloor heating, and our underfloor heating flooring collection has more options. The right underlay depends on the subfloor, so check with us before adding one to your basket. Add about 10% to your measured area for cuts and waste.
