West Midlands and nearby towns: supply and fit
In these areas we deliver and fit: a free home consultation, subfloor preparation, fitting, then skirting and architraves.
- Birmingham – city-wide supply and fit, and our herringbone and chevron range
- Sutton Coldfield – engineered oak, herringbone and wide planks, with a free home visit
- Halesowen – our showroom at 214A Dudley Road, B63 3NJ
- Dudley – supply and fit, about 4 miles from the showroom
- Stourbridge – supply and fit, including Kingswinford
- Wolverhampton – supply and fit, including Penn, Codsall and Perton
- Walsall – supply and fit, including Aldridge, Bloxwich and Willenhall
- Cannock – supply and fit just north of the West Midlands, including Hednesford
- Solihull – supply and fit, including Shirley and Knowle
- Coventry – supply and fit – we do a lot of work in the city
England: delivery only
We deliver across mainland England but don't fit outside the West Midlands and nearby towns, so in these areas your own fitter lays the floor. England delivery is £55 per flooring order, or free over £500.

- Surrey – delivery to Guildford, Woking, Epsom and beyond; floors for kitchen-diners
Scotland: delivery
We deliver to selected areas of Scotland for £145 per flooring order, usually in 3–4 working days. We don't fit in Scotland: we supply your floor for your own fitter. We deliver to selected areas of Scotland – call 0121 274 8575 to check your postcode before you order.

Everywhere else in England and Wales
We deliver across mainland England and Wales. England is £55 per flooring order, or free over £500; Wales is £95. Deliveries are kerbside, Monday to Friday – in England, usually available for delivery from 3 working days after your order (order by 2pm). Every charge is on our delivery page. Outside our fitting area? A free callback consultation helps with quantities, underlay and accessories wherever you are.
Samples first, wherever you live
Samples always travel free. 3 free samples; extras are 99p each, up to 12 per order. Order free samples.

Do you fit flooring outside the West Midlands?
No. Our fitting team covers the West Midlands and nearby towns. Everywhere else, we supply the floor for your own fitter and can advise by phone.
Do you deliver flooring to London and Surrey?
Yes. Flooring Surgeons delivers to London and Surrey for £55 per flooring order, or free over £500, kerbside on a weekday. We don't fit there, so your own fitter lays the floor.
Do you deliver flooring to Wales?
Yes. Delivery to Wales is £95 per flooring order, kerbside, Monday to Friday.
Is flooring delivery free over £500 everywhere?
No. Free delivery over £500 applies to mainland England. Wales is £95 and Scotland £145 per flooring order.
Are samples free wherever I live?
Yes. Sample delivery is always free. 3 free samples; extras are 99p, up to 12 per order.
