Flooring fitters in Birmingham: supply and fit

We supply and fit floors across Birmingham, including Harborne and Edgbaston, and pattern floors are where fitting skill shows most. A herringbone or chevron floor starts from a set-out line, so the pattern runs square to the main wall and meets each doorway cleanly – and that line only stays true when the base beneath it is flat. Our team, with more than 30 years in the trade, levels and prepares the subfloor first, then lays the blocks glued down or, for click systems, floating.

The same fitters deal with underfloor heating, anhydrite and cement screeds, rooms that are part suspended timber and part concrete, and the skirting and architraves that finish the job. Book a free home consultation and we'll measure, bring large samples and send a no-obligation quote, or read how expert fitting works from start to finish.

Choosing a pattern for a Birmingham home

Torn between the two patterns? Read chevron vs herringbone, whether herringbone looks too busy and whether it needs a border. Pattern floors need more cutting than straight planks, so measure with our measuring guide and ask us how much extra to allow.

We deliver to every B postcode in the city. For the royal town and the south-east of the conurbation, see our Sutton Coldfield and Solihull pages.
