Bronde Oak Glue Down LVT

Bronde Oak sits between blonde and brown, a medium natural oak effect on extra-long planks from the Anchor XXL glue-down LVT range. The large planks give a generous, open look, in waterproof vinyl.

Look and character

The name says it well: not a pale blonde and not a deep brown, but a balanced natural oak tone in between. That makes it one of the easiest colours to live with, as it works with light and dark furniture alike. The planks are large, so there are fewer joins across the room and the grain has space to run. That scale suits open-plan spaces and larger living rooms especially.

Construction and specification

A 3mm build keeps the finished floor low, so it rarely means trimming doors or raising thresholds. That 3mm gives a little more body than the slimmest glue-down vinyls. The 0.7mm wear layer is the working surface of the floor: the part that meets feet, furniture and the mop. Rated for homes and commercial spaces alike, it is made for regular foot traffic. The XXL format is 237mm wide and 1532mm long, noticeably larger than a standard vinyl plank. Coverage is 3.62 m² per pack, which the calculator uses to round your order up to whole packs.

Where it works

It suits living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and hallways, and it can continue into the kitchen, bathroom and conservatory. Extra-long planks shine in open-plan areas and long rooms, where the length has space to show. Being waterproof, it copes with the splashes of a family bathroom and the spills of a busy kitchen. Fitting and underfloor heating

It is a glue-down product, so the planks are fixed in place with adhesive rather than laid loose. Allow about 10% extra for cuts and waste when you order. Good preparation matters: a flat, clean, dry subfloor gives the best result, as the thin vinyl follows whatever is underneath. It is suitable for underfloor heating.
