Natural Blonde Oak Glue Down LVT

Natural Blonde Oak is a pale, fresh oak effect on generous Anchor XXL glue-down LVT planks. It brings a light Scandinavian feel to open-plan rooms, with a waterproof surface.

Look and character

Blonde oak tones keep the room bright and airy, and the natural colouring stops it feeling cold. The extra-long format means fewer end joins, so the floor looks calm and spacious. It suits white walls, pale timber and simple, pared-back furniture, and it is a good way to make a smaller room feel bigger.

Construction and specification

The XXL format is 237mm wide and 1532mm long, noticeably larger than a standard vinyl plank. One pack covers 3.62 m². The overall thickness is 3mm. Glue-down vinyl stays close to the subfloor, so it sits neatly against neighbouring floors and under doors. Its wear layer measures 0.7mm. That transparent top layer protects the decorative print, and a thicker wear layer generally means a longer-lasting surface. 0.7mm is a generous wear layer for glue-down LVT, useful in busy family homes and hallways. Its domestic and commercial rating means it is built for more than light use.

Where it works

Extra-long planks shine in open-plan areas and long rooms, where the length has space to show. Good places for it include hallways, kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms, as well as bedrooms, bathrooms and conservatories. Water sits on the surface rather than soaking in, so wiping up spills is quick. Browse more plank glue-down LVT floors if you want to compare shades.

Fitting and underfloor heating

This floor is fitted glue down: each plank is bonded to the subfloor with a suitable flooring adhesive. Good preparation matters: a flat, clean, dry subfloor gives the best result, as the thin vinyl follows whatever is underneath. Order about 10% more than your measured area to cover cuts and waste. It is suitable for underfloor heating.
