Sandstone Oak Glue Down LVT

Sandstone Oak is a light greige oak effect, mixing grey and beige, on large Anchor XXL glue-down LVT planks. It is a calm neutral that sits between warm and cool.

Look and character

The mix of grey and beige gives a soft, sandy neutral that works with both warm and cool colour schemes. It avoids both a strong yellow cast and the chill of a pure grey. Wide, long planks let the colour run cleanly across a room, a good fit for open-plan living and kitchen areas.

Construction and specification

At 1532mm long and 237mm wide, each plank covers a lot of floor, so there are fewer joins and the grain runs further. The overall thickness is 3mm. Glue-down vinyl stays close to the subfloor, so it sits neatly against neighbouring floors and under doors. Its wear layer measures 0.7mm. That transparent top layer protects the decorative print, and a thicker wear layer generally means a longer-lasting surface. It is rated for domestic and commercial use, so it can handle busy family life as well as commercial spaces. One pack covers 3.62 m².

Extra-long planks shine in open-plan areas and long rooms, where the length has space to show. It suits living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and hallways, and it can continue into the kitchen, bathroom and conservatory. Fitting and underfloor heating

Every plank is glued to the subfloor, which gives a firm, stable floor that stays put. Add about 10% to your room size for cuts and waste. Before fitting, the subfloor should be smoothed and levelled so no lumps or joints show through. It is suitable for underfloor heating.
