Pearl Grey Oak Glue Down LVT

Pearl Grey Oak is a light grey and white oak effect on extra-long Anchor XXL planks, for a cool, contemporary glue-down LVT floor. It suits modern kitchens and open-plan spaces.

Look and character

Soft grey with whitewashed tones gives this floor a clean, cool look, very different from a warm honey oak. It sits well with white and grey kitchens, chrome or black fittings and crisp modern furniture, while warm textiles and timber accents can soften it. Long planks keep the finish sleek and uncluttered.

Construction and specification

Each plank is 3mm thick, a slim profile that suits renovations where floor height is tight. A 0.7mm clear wear layer shields the design underneath from everyday traffic. Its domestic and commercial rating means it is built for more than light use. The XXL format is 237mm wide and 1532mm long, noticeably larger than a standard vinyl plank. Each pack covers 3.62 m², and the calculator on this page turns your room size into packs. It is a layered vinyl product rather than timber, with a waterproof build from top to bottom.

Where it works

In bigger spaces the XXL planks keep the floor calm and spacious. From the hallway and living room to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dining room and conservatory, it is at home in almost every room. As a waterproof floor, it handles spills, wet boots and bathroom splashes that a wood floor would not like. See our full range of glue-down LVT flooring to compare colours.

Fitting and underfloor heating

This floor is fitted glue down: each plank is bonded to the subfloor with a suitable flooring adhesive. The subfloor needs to be smooth, level and dry first, as a thin vinyl will show any bumps beneath it; a levelling compound or ply overlay is usual. Allow about 10% extra for cuts and waste when you order. It is suitable for underfloor heating. We recommend an experienced floor fitter for glue-down vinyl.
