Hadley Glue Down LVT

Hadley is a golden-brown oak effect with honey highlights and bold grain, on wide Anchor XL glue-down LVT planks. Dark knots and weathered markings give it a warm, rustic character, and the vinyl is waterproof.

Look and character

It is a warm finish with visible contrast, rather than a pale or low-grain wood effect. The broad planks show the grain clearly, while the straight layout keeps the geometry simple. Hadley balances cooler colours well: blue cabinetry, light worktops and a timber island all sit comfortably with it, the golden tones warming the blue and the darker markings linking to deeper furniture. The embossed surface adds tactile texture.

Construction and specification

A 2.5mm build keeps the finished floor low, so it rarely means trimming doors or raising thresholds. A 0.5mm clear wear layer shields the design underneath from everyday traffic. Rated for homes and commercial spaces alike, it is made for regular foot traffic. A 229mm width and 1219.2mm length give broad planks that suit medium and large rooms. Coverage is 3.9 m² per pack, which the calculator uses to round your order up to whole packs.

Where it works

You can use it through most of the house: living and dining rooms, bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms and conservatories. Being waterproof, it copes with the splashes of a family bathroom and the spills of a busy kitchen. The broad format suits open-plan kitchens and living spaces, giving a generous, uncluttered floor. Fitting and underfloor heating

This floor is fitted glue down: each plank is bonded to the subfloor with a suitable flooring adhesive. Most fitters prepare the floor with a smoothing compound first, because glue-down vinyl follows the surface it is stuck to. Order about 10% more than your measured area to cover cuts and waste. It is suitable for underfloor heating.
