Toledo Oak Glue Down LVT

Toledo Oak is a light beige oak-effect plank from the Bond glue-down LVT range, a bright, understated floor for modern homes. It is waterproof, bonded to the subfloor for a stable finish, and suitable for underfloor heating.

Look and character

Light beige tones keep the room feeling open and fresh, and the grain print adds just enough character to look like wood rather than a plain colour. The embossed surface gives each plank a soft texture. It suits white and pale grey kitchens, Scandinavian-style furniture and rooms that don't get much direct sun, where a lighter floor helps bounce light around. The planks have a classic, slim proportion.

Construction and specification

Planks are 187mm wide and 1227mm long, a classic proportion that gives long, clean lines down the room. One pack covers 3.671 m². The overall thickness is 2.5mm. Glue-down vinyl stays close to the subfloor, so it sits neatly against neighbouring floors and under doors. Rated for homes and commercial spaces alike, it is made for regular foot traffic.

Where it works

You can use it through most of the house: living and dining rooms, bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms and conservatories. Straight planks are simple to lay out and suit open-plan spaces where one floor links several areas. Being waterproof, it copes with the splashes of a family bathroom and the spills of a busy kitchen. See our full range of glue-down LVT flooring to compare colours.

Fitting and underfloor heating

This floor is fitted glue down: each plank is bonded to the subfloor with a suitable flooring adhesive. Order about 10% more than your measured area to cover cuts and waste. Good preparation matters: a flat, clean, dry subfloor gives the best result, as the thin vinyl follows whatever is underneath. We recommend an experienced floor fitter for glue-down vinyl. This floor is suitable for underfloor heating. Browse our underfloor heating flooring for more options.
