Mystic Oak Glue Down LVT

A pale greige oak look, Mystic Oak blends soft beige and grey in a straight Anchor glue-down LVT plank. It has gentle variation and a waterproof surface, for calm, understated rooms.

Look and character

Flowing oak-effect grain gives more detail than a plain washed finish, but with less contrast than a heavily rustic design. The muted colour, somewhere between beige and grey, suits layered interiors: timber sideboards, cream upholstery and dusty pink or sage fabrics all sit easily on it. Choose it when you want a softly weathered oak appearance rather than a strongly golden floor. The embossed surface adds a light texture.

Construction and specification

Planks are 185mm wide and 1219mm long, a classic proportion that gives long, clean lines down the room. A 2.5mm build keeps the finished floor low, so it rarely means trimming doors or raising thresholds. On top sits a 0.5mm wear layer, the clear protective surface that takes the scuffs of shoes, chair legs and daily cleaning and protects the printed design below. Rated for homes and commercial spaces alike, it is made for regular foot traffic. One pack covers 4.06 m².

Where it works

A straight-plank layout keeps the look calm in rooms with a lot going on. From the hallway and living room to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dining room and conservatory, it is at home in almost every room. Being waterproof, it copes with the splashes of a family bathroom and the spills of a busy kitchen. See our full range of glue-down LVT flooring to compare colours.

Fitting and underfloor heating

Every plank is glued to the subfloor, which gives a firm, stable floor that stays put. Before fitting, the subfloor should be smoothed and levelled so no lumps or joints show through. Glue-down LVT is best fitted by a professional who can prepare the subfloor properly. Add about 10% to your room size for cuts and waste. It is suitable for underfloor heating.
