Toasted Oak Herringbone 12mm Laminate

Toasted Oak Herringbone brings rich, toasted tones to a classic parquet pattern from our Flair range. The 101mm blocks give a warm, welcoming herringbone on a sturdy 12mm board.

Look and character

The colour is a natural oak in the medium range, with a toasted warmth running through the grain. The herringbone layout gives it movement, as each block catches the light at a different angle. The textured and embossed finish adds realistic grain underfoot, and the bevelled edges make the pattern crisp and clear. It suits traditional and modern homes, and sits well with cream and stone walls, dark green or oxblood accents, and oak or walnut furniture.

Construction and specification

At 12mm, these blocks sit at the thicker end of laminate, which gives a firmer and quieter feel underfoot than slimmer boards. Each block is 101mm wide and 606mm long, laid in a zigzag to form the herringbone. A 4V bevel runs along all four edges of every block, giving each one a defined outline, as a wooden floor would have. An AC4 wear rating tells you the surface is made for high-traffic domestic areas as well as general commercial use. Packs cover 1.836 m² each, so round up to the next full pack.

Where it works

It is a good fit for kitchens, bedrooms, conservatories, hallways, living rooms and bathrooms. Felt pads under dining chairs help keep the surface looking fresh. Fitting and underfloor heating

Fitting uses a click system, with the finished floor laid floating over an underlay. Choose the right underlay for laminate for your subfloor; it evens out minor bumps and cuts down noise.
