5 star service from start to finish – would highly recommend. Quality flooring, brilliant fitting and great communication throughout. We opted for engineered wood herringbone in Riviera Natural Oiled Oak. On moving in to our new build property, we flagged to Ed that the flooring was uneven in some areas. Ed quickly arranged for a leveller (Glen) to come over to level the floor within just a couple of hours and pushed our fitting date back, allowing it time to fully dry. Amazing service and flexibility despite being the busy Christmas week. The leveller and fitters are perfectionists and it shows in their work. Our floor looks absolutely stunning!
