Classic Oak Herringbone Click LVT

Classic Oak does what its name suggests: a light, natural oak colour in a traditional herringbone. The 135mm Icona click vinyl blocks give the look of a timber parquet floor, with a waterproof surface for kitchens, bathrooms and hallways.

Look and character

The colour is an honest, natural oak, light and warm, the shade most people picture when they think of an oak floor. That makes it one of the easiest herringbone floors to live with, as it suits painted and wooden furniture alike. A refined grain pattern adds depth, and the embossed surface gives it a texture that follows the print. Each block has a 4V bevel, so the herringbone pattern stands out clearly. Use it where you want a traditional parquet look with the easy upkeep of vinyl.

Construction and specification

This is waterproof click vinyl, 6.5mm thick with a 0.5mm wear layer protecting the printed surface. In plain terms, the wear layer is the clear shield that takes daily wear, so the grain print underneath stays crisp. The blocks are 135mm wide and 540mm long, and one pack covers 1.166 m². Because it carries a domestic and commercial rating, it copes with hallways, family kitchens and light commercial settings.

Where it works

This is a floor for the whole house. The waterproof build handles bathrooms, kitchens and conservatories, while living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and hallways benefit from its hard-wearing surface. On stairs, pair it with stair nosing for a finished edge. More options sit in our range of herringbone click LVT floors.

Fitting and underfloor heating

Classic Oak clicks together block by block over a flat, clean and dry subfloor, so fitting is quicker and tidier than with a traditional floor. It is suitable for underfloor heating.
