Aragon Oak Herringbone Glue Down LVT

Aragon Oak Herringbone mixes brown and grey tones in a classic parquet layout, made from waterproof glue-down vinyl blocks. It gives a balanced, mid-toned floor for homes that want pattern without a strong golden or orange cast.

Look and character

Brown and grey sit together in this colour, so the overall effect is a softened mid-brown: warmer than a grey floor, cooler than a honey oak. That balance makes it easy to pair with both white and darker kitchens. The 95mm blocks set out a close herringbone that reads as a traditional parquet floor, and the embossed finish adds a subtle texture to the wood-effect grain on each block.

Construction and specification

Each block measures 95 x 380mm; the small size creates a tight, traditional pattern. One pack covers 2.6 m². A 2.5mm build keeps the finished floor low, so it rarely means trimming doors or raising thresholds. Its wear layer measures 0.55mm. That transparent top layer protects the decorative print, and a thicker wear layer generally means a longer-lasting surface. It is a layered vinyl product rather than timber, with a waterproof build from top to bottom. Its domestic and commercial rating means it is built for more than light use.

It suits living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and hallways, and it can continue into the kitchen, bathroom and conservatory. Fitting and underfloor heating

Installation is glue down only, with the blocks stuck directly to a prepared subfloor. Most fitters prepare the floor with a smoothing compound first, because glue-down vinyl follows the surface it is stuck to.
