Toledo Oak Herringbone Glue Down LVT

Toledo Oak Herringbone combines warm beige oak effect with small blocks for a detailed parquet floor. The vinyl is waterproof and glued down, and it is suitable for underfloor heating.

Look and character

In herringbone form the colour reads as a medium beige, warm and gentle, with detailed grain on each block. The zigzag gives a sense of craft and pattern while the soft tone keeps it easy to decorate around. It sits well with both painted period features and modern handleless kitchens. The embossed finish adds texture, which helps the pattern look crisp from standing height and natural up close.

Construction and specification

The overall thickness is 2.5mm. Glue-down vinyl stays close to the subfloor, so it sits neatly against neighbouring floors and under doors. The 0.55mm wear layer is the working surface of the floor: the part that meets feet, furniture and the mop. Its domestic and commercial rating means it is built for more than light use. Where it works

Good places for it include hallways, kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms, as well as bedrooms, bathrooms and conservatories. Herringbone looks particularly good in hallways, where the pattern leads you through the house. Fitting and underfloor heating

It is a glue-down product, so the blocks are fixed in place with adhesive rather than laid loose. Order about 10% more than your measured area; the angled cuts at the walls use up extra blocks. Most fitters prepare the floor with a smoothing compound first, because glue-down vinyl follows the surface it is stuck to. This floor is suitable for underfloor heating.
