Cordoba Oak Glue Down LVT

Cordoba Oak is a warm, medium brown plank from the Bond collection of glue-down LVT. It has a natural-looking grain and a practical waterproof surface, and it can be laid over underfloor heating.

Look and character

Think of a classic brown oak rather than a pale Scandinavian or a greyed finish. The medium tone hides everyday marks well and sits comfortably with timber furniture, cream walls and brass or black fittings. Grain detail runs the length of each plank, and the embossed finish gives the vinyl a light texture that catches the light. Laid in long lengths, the planks give the room a streamlined, uncluttered look.

Construction and specification

Each plank is 2.5mm thick, a slim profile that suits renovations where floor height is tight. A 0.55mm clear wear layer shields the design underneath from everyday traffic. The durability rating covers both domestic and commercial settings. Each plank measures 187mm by 1227mm, a slim, traditional plank size that suits most rooms. Each pack covers 3.671 m², and the calculator on this page turns your room size into packs.

Where it works

Good places for it include hallways, kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms, as well as bedrooms, bathrooms and conservatories. Its waterproof surface lets one floor run from the hallway through to the kitchen and bathroom without a change of material. A straight-plank layout keeps the look calm in rooms with a lot going on. Fitting and underfloor heating

Installation is glue down only, with the planks stuck directly to a prepared subfloor. Most fitters prepare the floor with a smoothing compound first, because glue-down vinyl follows the surface it is stuck to. Order about 10% more than your measured area to cover cuts and waste. It can be used with underfloor heating, and you can compare other floors for underfloor heating too. We recommend an experienced floor fitter for glue-down vinyl.
