Zaragoza Oak Glue Down LVT

Zaragoza Oak is a near-black oak-effect plank in our Bond glue-down LVT range, made for bold, contemporary rooms. It is waterproof and suitable for underfloor heating, so the dramatic look comes with everyday practicality.

Look and character

Deep, dark tones with a black cast give this floor a striking, modern edge. Grain detail remains visible through the colour, adding texture and depth so it still reads as wood effect. It creates strong contrast with white walls, pale kitchens and light rugs, and a sleek look with black metal and dark joinery. The embossed finish adds surface texture. As with any very dark floor, dust and footprints show more readily than on a mid tone.

Construction and specification

Each plank is 2.5mm thick, a slim profile that suits renovations where floor height is tight. A 0.55mm clear wear layer shields the design underneath from everyday traffic. It is rated for domestic and commercial use, so it can handle busy family life as well as commercial spaces. Each plank measures 187mm by 1227mm, a slim, traditional plank size that suits most rooms. One pack covers 3.671 m².

Where it works

It suits living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and hallways, and it can continue into the kitchen, bathroom and conservatory. Water sits on the surface rather than soaking in, so wiping up spills is quick. Straight planks are simple to lay out and suit open-plan spaces where one floor links several areas. Fitting and underfloor heating

Every plank is glued to the subfloor, which gives a firm, stable floor that stays put. Good preparation matters: a flat, clean, dry subfloor gives the best result, as the thin vinyl follows whatever is underneath. Add about 10% to your room size for cuts and waste. It can be used with underfloor heating, and you can compare other floors for underfloor heating too. We recommend an experienced floor fitter for glue-down vinyl.
