Marbella Oak Glue Down LVT

Marbella Oak is a soft, beige-toned oak effect in the Bond plank range of glue-down LVT. It gives a gentle, neutral floor with a little warmth, and it is suitable for underfloor heating.

Look and character

The colour is a mid beige, softer than a brown oak and warmer than a grey one, so it sits quietly behind furniture and décor. Grain detail keeps the planks looking like timber, and the embossed surface adds light texture. It suits homes that prefer calm, neutral colour schemes: linen fabrics, off-white walls and pale timber furniture all pair naturally with it. The narrow planks give the room clean, long lines.

Construction and specification

At 187mm wide and 1227mm long, the planks are narrow enough to look traditional and long enough to keep end joins to a minimum. The overall thickness is 2.5mm. Glue-down vinyl stays close to the subfloor, so it sits neatly against neighbouring floors and under doors. A 0.55mm clear wear layer shields the design underneath from everyday traffic. Where it works

Straight planks are simple to lay out and suit open-plan spaces where one floor links several areas. It suits living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and hallways, and it can continue into the kitchen, bathroom and conservatory. Fitting and underfloor heating

Installation is glue down only, with the planks stuck directly to a prepared subfloor. Allow about 10% extra for cuts and waste when you order.
