Biscoff Oak 12mm Laminate

Biscoff Oak is a warm, mid-toned laminate plank from our Flair range, with the soft brown and beige colouring its name suggests. The 198mm wide boards give a relaxed, classic floor for everyday living.

Look and character

Brown and beige tones mix across each plank, giving a friendly, lived-in warmth rather than a single flat shade. The oak-style grain is visible without being loud, so it works in rooms where you want the floor to feel natural but not busy. A textured and embossed surface adds a subtle feel of timber, and the bevels outline each board. Pair it with cream or putty walls, oatmeal fabrics and warm wood or rattan furniture for a cosy scheme, or with white and black for a cleaner, modern look.

Construction and specification

With a 12mm core, the floor has a sturdy, grounded feel that suits busy family rooms. Packs cover 1.929 m² each, so round up to the next full pack. With an AC4 rating, the wear layer is rated for the busiest rooms in a home and for general commercial footfall. The 4V bevel on every edge makes each plank stand out slightly from its neighbours, which adds realism. The planks measure 198mm by 1218mm, long enough to run cleanly through a room with few joints.

Where it works

Suitable rooms include kitchens, living rooms, conservatories, dining rooms, hallways, bedrooms and bathrooms. Put a good doormat at the front door to catch grit, which is the main thing that dulls any floor over time. Taking it up the stairs? Finish each tread with stair nosing for a neat, safe edge. For more colours in a straight board, see our plank laminate range.

Fitting and underfloor heating

Fitting uses a click system, with the finished floor laid floating over an underlay. A good laminate underlay goes underneath to level small imperfections and quieten the floor. Remember to add around 10% to the measured area to cover cuts and waste. It is suitable for underfloor heating; see our underfloor heating flooring for other options.
