Cashmere Oak Glue Down LVT

Cashmere Oak is a soft, creamy beige oak effect in straight glue-down LVT planks from the Anchor range. It gives a calm, gentle floor that still feels warm, with a waterproof surface and suitability for underfloor heating.

Look and character

Creamy beige areas mix with slightly deeper markings, so each plank has definition without strong rustic contrast. The grain is fine and delicate, which keeps the overall look soft and tidy. It works well with cream cabinetry, warm whites and natural timber, and around a kitchen island it balances darker wood and muted painted units. The embossed surface adds texture to the oak effect.

Construction and specification

Each plank measures 185mm by 1219mm, a slim, traditional plank size that suits most rooms. One pack covers 4.06 m². A 2.5mm build keeps the finished floor low, so it rarely means trimming doors or raising thresholds. A 0.5mm clear wear layer shields the design underneath from everyday traffic. Its domestic and commercial rating means it is built for more than light use.

Where it works

You can use it through most of the house: living and dining rooms, bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms and conservatories. As a waterproof floor, it handles spills, wet boots and bathroom splashes that a wood floor would not like. A straight-plank layout keeps the look calm in rooms with a lot going on. Fitting and underfloor heating

Installation is glue down only, with the planks stuck directly to a prepared subfloor. Before fitting, the subfloor should be smoothed and levelled so no lumps or joints show through. Allow about 10% extra for cuts and waste when you order. This floor is suitable for underfloor heating. Browse our underfloor heating flooring for more options. Finish the room edges with skirting or beading for a tidy result.
