Tuscan Oak Glue Down LVT

Tuscan Oak is a warm, light oak effect with soft golden-beige colour, in straight glue-down LVT planks from the Anchor range. It is waterproof and suitable for underfloor heating.

Look and character

Flowing grain and subtle darker markings give the planks warmth and character, without the cool cast of a grey floor or the heavy look of a distressed finish. The light colour gives the room a simple backdrop while letting the grain stay visible. It sits naturally with cream panelling, neutral upholstery and woven rugs, and the embossed surface adds a gentle texture.

Construction and specification

The overall thickness is 2.5mm. Glue-down vinyl stays close to the subfloor, so it sits neatly against neighbouring floors and under doors. The 0.5mm wear layer is the working surface of the floor: the part that meets feet, furniture and the mop. The durability rating covers both domestic and commercial settings. Fitting and underfloor heating

This floor is fitted glue down: each plank is bonded to the subfloor with a suitable flooring adhesive. Before fitting, the subfloor should be smoothed and levelled so no lumps or joints show through. Finish the room edges with skirting or beading for a tidy result. Order about 10% more than your measured area to cover cuts and waste. It can be used with underfloor heating, and you can compare other floors for underfloor heating too.
