Cocoa Oak Glue Down LVT

Cocoa Oak brings rich brown tones and lighter grain markings to an Anchor glue-down LVT plank. It is a warmer, deeper alternative to pale oak, waterproof, and suitable for underfloor heating.

Look and character

The brown colour is set off by lighter grain streaks and darker knots, which give the planks definition and stop the floor looking like a single flat colour. It creates contrast with lighter walls and cabinetry, for example cream units, timber worktops and muted green panelling. The straight-plank format keeps the layout simple so the brown oak design does the work, and the embossed surface adds a tactile finish.

Construction and specification

Each plank measures 185mm by 1219mm, a slim, traditional plank size that suits most rooms. Packs cover 4.06 m² each; enter your room measurements in the calculator to see how many you need. At 2.5mm thick, the floor adds very little height, which helps where door clearances or the level of the next room matter. A 0.5mm clear wear layer shields the design underneath from everyday traffic. The durability rating covers both domestic and commercial settings.

Where it works

From the hallway and living room to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, dining room and conservatory, it is at home in almost every room. As a waterproof floor, it handles spills, wet boots and bathroom splashes that a wood floor would not like. Straight planks are simple to lay out and suit open-plan spaces where one floor links several areas. Browse more plank glue-down LVT floors if you want to compare shades.

Fitting and underfloor heating

It is a glue-down product, so the planks are fixed in place with adhesive rather than laid loose. Most fitters prepare the floor with a smoothing compound first, because glue-down vinyl follows the surface it is stuck to. Order about 10% more than your measured area to cover cuts and waste. It is suitable for underfloor heating; see our underfloor heating flooring for more options.
