Wren Glue Down LVT

Wren mixes taupe and grey-brown tones with pale-highlighted grain on a wide Anchor XL glue-down LVT plank. The result is a weathered oak effect with depth but without a strong golden cast.

Look and character

Lighter and darker planks give visible variation, so the floor looks weathered rather than a flat single colour. The balance of brown and grey comes out alongside cream panelling, tan chairs and muted green upholstery. Because the plank-to-plank contrast is noticeable, compare a room photo as well as a close-up. The embossed surface adds texture to the grain.

Construction and specification

At 2.5mm thick, the floor adds very little height, which helps where door clearances or the level of the next room matter. Its wear layer measures 0.5mm. That transparent top layer protects the decorative print, and a thicker wear layer generally means a longer-lasting surface. Rated for homes and commercial spaces alike, it is made for regular foot traffic. Each plank is 229mm wide by 1219.2mm long; the extra width means fewer lines across the floor and a more generous look. Fitting and underfloor heating

This floor is fitted glue down: each plank is bonded to the subfloor with a suitable flooring adhesive. Before fitting, the subfloor should be smoothed and levelled so no lumps or joints show through. Add about 10% to your room size for cuts and waste. It is suitable for underfloor heating.
