Blenheim Glue Down LVT

Blenheim is a warm rustic oak effect on wide Anchor XL glue-down LVT planks, with honey tones, knots and crack-effect markings. It is a character floor that stays light overall.

Look and character

Flowing grain, knots and darker crack-effect markings give each plank interest, without turning the whole floor into a dark colour scheme. The broad planks let the grain show across wide sections of floor. It is best chosen for its markings: pale fitted bookcases, a dark timber cabinet and a cream armchair all balance it, with simple walls and fabrics giving the rustic detail room to be seen. The embossed surface adds texture.

Construction and specification

Each plank is 2.5mm thick, a slim profile that suits renovations where floor height is tight. Its wear layer measures 0.5mm. That transparent top layer protects the decorative print, and a thicker wear layer generally means a longer-lasting surface. It is rated for domestic and commercial use, so it can handle busy family life as well as commercial spaces. A 229mm width and 1219.2mm length give broad planks that suit medium and large rooms. One pack covers 3.9 m².

Fitting and underfloor heating

Every plank is glued to the subfloor, which gives a firm, stable floor that stays put. Add about 10% to your room size for cuts and waste. Good preparation matters: a flat, clean, dry subfloor gives the best result, as the thin vinyl follows whatever is underneath. We recommend an experienced floor fitter for glue-down vinyl. It is suitable for underfloor heating.
